Founded by UC Davis alumni to positively impact lives through hands-on humanitarian work, one meal and one neighbor at a time.
We run food drives, Ramadan feeds, and community fundraisers, and we put every effort straight into the community.
A look at the work: recurring drives and the events our community shows up for.
Our flagship work. Volunteers prepare and hand-distribute bagged meals to people facing homelessness across Greater Sacramento, including our annual Ramadan feed.
Community dinners open to everyone, free of charge. Past spreads like our Free Hibachi Iftaar bring neighbors together over a hot meal to break the fast.
Neighborhood BBQs and fundraisers that turn good food into real impact, with every effort going straight back into the community.
We're welcoming new volunteers for the year. If you're heading toward medicine, pharmacy, nursing, PA, or public health, this is the kind of hands-on, people-facing community service that schools genuinely look for, and that actually matters.
You'll work directly with the people we serve, learn how a small nonprofit runs, and leave with real experience (and good company).
Halal cookout, right on campus. Grab a plate, feed a neighbor. Pre-order and lock in the group deal.
